On Thursday the hotel debuts its $60-million overhaul across 190 “salons” and suites. Pony up for the Penthouse Suite to get private access to the rooftop garden, or the Presidential Suite for sweeping Central Park views and a baby grand piano. All guests, however, can enjoy in-room dining by Michelin-star Cafe Boulud.
