Dine 27 stories over Chicago

As city dwellers begin to flock to rooftop bars, two of Chicago’s sexiest hotels are opening new sky-high hideaways. The Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago debuts its seasonal terrace today — oh so cleverly dubbed The Terrace at The Trump. Located on the 16th floor, The Terrace allows 165 guests to take in views of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier over light fare (think lamb loin sliders and crispy tuna tartar) and libations (be careful with their “Man Overboard”).

Still, the rooftop bar at newly-opened hotel theWit may even trump Trump’s Terrace: Set higher on the 27th floor, ROOF has fire pits and Italian cuisine by Chicago chef Todd Stein. But the real highlight might be “The Hang-Over” — no, it’s not a cocktail, but a glass-enclosed dining table suspended over the edge of the building.
