InterContinental opens its new Fiji resort today, a 216-room property with a spa that claims Fiji’s first “Ice Room.” (Think: solid ice applied to your body for an allegedly invigorating treatment.) The resort also comes with four swimming pools, including one for adults only with an infinity edge. There’s a yoga deck, too, and a par-72 golf course that InterContinental says is Fiji’s first international competition standard course.
