The upper fringes of New York’s Flatiron District, just above Madison Square Park (call it NoMad, if you will), welcomes a new hotel today that’s embracing the nickname game:  The MAve Hotel. The 72-room boutique hotel located on Madison Avenue is celebrating with the Rock ‘n Roll Package — book any room category and receive complimentary tickets to the John Lennon exhibit at the Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame Annex (available through 2009).
