At the Four Seasons, you don't just wear diamonds — you can now roll around in them.
South Beach is ready to give Vegas a run for its money in the fine art of bling. With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, the Four Seasons Hotel Miami has created the Five-Diamond Package, fit for an ice queen with an appetite for carats. The night of eye-popping extravagance starts in the presidential suite with a vintage bottle of Dom P accompanied by a spot of “black diamond,” as some call their caviar. The massage that follows features lotion infused with ground diamonds. Suitably relaxed, encrusted (and weirded out), the recipient is invited to slip into a pair of crystal-studded shoes and an engagement ring (both pre-ordered to size). The single-night bill comes to $50,000.
If gastronomy is more your speed, you can get your gout on at The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival. This year marks the event’s sixth anniversary with a roster of A-list chefs. Headliners include one-name wonders, Emeril, Martha and Nobu, yet true foodies may be more excited to meet Michelin three-star chef Eric Ripert from Le Bernardin. The party doesn’t start until February 22, though full weekend passes are already sold out.
