Venice gets its own cinema paradiso
The world’s oldest film festival kicks off its 65th run tomorrow in grand style. The Venice Film Festival will take place in the brand new, $100 million Palazzo del Cinema, where they’ll screen 49 world premiere movies. Perhaps none is more anticipated than Burn After Reading, a black comedy from the Academy Awards’ reigning best directors Joel and Ethan Coen that stars Brad Pitt and George Clooney.
